Brian Greer Lecture in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg, Russia, Aug. 17, 2005 - Prominent Canadian web consultant and futurist, Mr. Brian Greer, joined the faculty of a Neurosurgery Symposium in St. Petersburg, Russia, August 15-17, 2005. The symposium, entitled Advances in Brain and Spine Surgery: Technology and Care, trained 200 Russian neurosurgeons in the latest advances & techniques in neurosurgery. This landmark event will help improve patient care in a country with an out-dated health care system and limited resources for neurosurgical training.

The symposium faculty included prominent neurosurgeons from around the world.

Mr. Greer lectured on the subject of Medicine and the Internet, with a special emphasis on the power of the new media to change the care algorythm for healthcare in a 21st Century environment.

Mr. Greer is the President of GoImage Media Services, Inc. The company provides web development and strategy for the orthopedic and neurosurgical world.
